14-Day Return Policy
1. Our Policy at a Glance If you are not happy with your purchase, you have \mathbf{14} calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return and receive a refund.
2. Return Eligibility (What We Can Accept) To be accepted for a refund, all products must meet these requirements: Timeliness: Must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging.
Proof: You must provide your order number or receipt. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This includes all cosmetics, skincare, hair care, and beauty tools where the original hygiene seal or cellophane has been broken.
3. How to Make a Return Contact Us: Email us at beautystationbxl@gmail.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return. Get Instructions: We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the mailing address. Do not send the item back until you have this number. Ship It Back: Package the item securely and send it to the address provided. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within \mathbf{14} days. Note: The original shipping fees you paid for the order are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a full refund or exchange.
